We want you to be happy with your purchase from AZMIR ZONE. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items
To be eligible, an item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging, with any tags attached.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Items we cannot take back
- Innerwear and other intimate items, for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
If the size or colour is not right, you can request an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. If the item is not available, we will offer a refund.
How to request a return
- Visit our Contact Us page and send your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Pack the item securely and send it as instructed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to show the refund.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns that are not due to our error, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page.
