Delivery charges and time
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70, usually 1–2 days.
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120, usually 3–5 days.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash and Nagad.
After you place an order
You will see an order confirmation page with your order number. Please keep it: we ask for it for any return, exchange or question about your order. If you have an account, you can also see your orders in My Account.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
If something is not right
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Returns and exchanges: within 7 days of receiving your order, for unworn items with tags. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
